OUR CARE MISSION
We are an organisation helping to support
vulnerable adults in their own homes and help them
do the normal day-to-day jobs that make their lives
as independent and enjoyable as possible.

We offer high quality home services
to a wide variety clients, including elderly, disabled,
lonely or busy working people and their families.

Everyone’s needs are different and our
support workers can offer unique support
in numerous ways.
​
You may have specific requirements
or you may need support to allow you
to be as independent as possible
and to enjoy your social life to the full.
CHATTING &
COMPANIONSHIP
Talking, listening, and spending quality time
with our clients is what we do best.
We do not rush in and out and we are unique
in the fact that they have their very own support
worker who will get to know their clients very well.
CLEANING
Keeping on top of cleaning in the home
is hard work for all of us, it is essential that our clients
have a safe and clean environment so we provide
a full cleaning service or it my be they just need
help keeping up with their day to day cleaning
and then a full clean when it suits them.
We clean the whole house including:
• BATHROMS •
• KITCHENS •
• FRIDGES •
• INSIDE CUPBOARDS •
• WINDOWS •
LAUNDRY
We do laundry in the clients own home
which includes washing and drying
of garments just the way our clients likes it
and as often as they like.
This could include either drying indoors
or on sunny days drying on the line outside.
IRONING
We do laundry in the clients own home
which includes washing and drying

CHANGING
BED LINEN
This is a job that proves to be difficult
and awkward as we get a lit older,
but leave it too us its a 2 minute job and
it can be done as often as the clients prefers,
we all love a fresh bed!

SHOPPING
TRIPS
We take clients for their grocery shopping
as often as they like or we can go for them
if they are unable to go out of the house.
We also can support ordering groceries on
lines if they prefer which ever suits the individuals.

It’s not just groceries we go shopping for, clothes,
household goods, basically anything the clients
require to make their lives enjoyable and comfortable.

DAYS/AFTERNOONS
MORNINGS OUT
We all like a change of scenery
and taking clients to some of the
local attractions and getting fresh
air is crucial to how they feel and
respond to everyday living.
This an area we would encourage
in our clients
DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS
This can be a distressing time for
clients if they are unwell so we will
be there to support and make appointments and organise transport
to make it as comfortable as possible.
We can collect and if need be
order prescriptions.
AFTERNOON TEA
LUNCH CLUBS
Treat yourself.
We all like to go out and treat
ourselves now and again,
mix with other people
and enjoy others company.
